Okay so, the store I work in is having a competition for which store can decorate the best for Christmas our theme is Dr Seuss/the Grinch.
The prize for first place is that ALL OF US get an extra weeks pay! We're all broke and this time of year is rough so I've been working really hard on some dr Seuss style video game characters and I'm really happy with how some of them turned out!

Tumblr may be a hellsite, but Tumblr's user experience has actually, legitimately improved over time, albeit incrementally and with occasional backsliding, while most other major social media platforms' user experience has become steadily more hostile.
Like, given a choice between well-meaning incompetence and competent malice, I'll take the former any day.

i don't normally like to add onto posts but i thought this thread was pretty insightful (link)
can you guys stop trying to distance yourself from your whiteness. nobody at first glance would know if you were gay or neurodivergent unless you were already out. the first thing people would've seen is your whiteness. we know other marginalized people were opressed during this time but stop trying to derail posts about racism so you can feel included. just shut the fuck up for once if you didn't care about the post because they were talking about white people move along we know you lot don't care about people who aren't white
